Refund and Cancellation
At GIR Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity training and services. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. Please carefully read our Cancellation and Refund Policy to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Course Cancellation by Participant
If you wish to cancel your course registration, please review the following terms:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.

Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule for a future course at no additional charge.

2. Course Rescheduling
Participants who are unable to attend the scheduled course may request to reschedule:

Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days prior to the course start date will be processed at no additional charge.

Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the course start date will incur a rescheduling fee of [insert amount].

Participants can reschedule once. Further requests may be subject to additional fees.
3. Course Cancellation by GIR Technologies
In rare cases, GIR Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as low enrollment or instructor availability):

If GIR Technologies cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course at no additional charge.

If a course is rescheduled by GIR Technologies, participants can choose to attend the rescheduled course or receive a full refund.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during registration.

Any bank fees, transaction charges, or third-party processing fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend a course without providing prior notice (a “no-show”) will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. In such cases, the full course fee will be forfeited.
6. Online Courses
For live online or recorded courses:

Cancellation requests for online courses follow the same timeline and refund policy as in-person courses.

If you experience technical issues that prevent participation, you must notify our team at [insert contact email] within 24 hours for assistance or rescheduling.
7. Refund Exceptions
In certain extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies), exceptions to the refund policy may be made at the discretion of GIR Technologies. Supporting documentation may be required.
